Greetings everyone! Hope this message finds you well.

We send out the smoke test earlier this week and we are eager to send surveys to the entire group of backers... but right now we are only 71 percent complete on those who we've send surveys to for the smoke test... If you received the email from WANDERING PLANET TOYS/BACKERKIT, please make sure and fill it out as soon as possible.  We want to make sure the survey is getting to everyone and is easy to fill out. And if you have questions you can contact us or leave a comment here and we'll be happy to guide you through the Backerkit survey.

Let's get that 71 percent up to 90 or more... so we can send surveys to everyone!

Paint Masters for the figures are already on route to the factory, we're really trying to get these figures to everyone as soon as possible.

Some exciting news!  Backerkit Survey SMOKE TESTS are now going out to a small group of our backers!  NOW... just what is this smoke test we speak of?

  • A smoke test sends surveys to 5% of backers from each pledge level in our campaign.
  • It’s a simple way to catch any errors in our survey and make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Once our smoke test has been completed, we can send surveys to the rest of our backers... ahem I mean Villagers. 
  • If you get your Backerkit survey in the next 49 hours congrats, you are part of our smoke test. Backerkit Surveys are where you provide us your shipping information, payment information for shipping, and a place where you can pre-order/add to your pledge...

If you do not receive a backerkit survey in the next 48 hours... DO NOT PANIC. It's a small group selected at random by Backerkit, and as soon as everything is determined to be running smoothly... we'll send surveys out to the rest of our Village.
